About This Competition
Welcome to the competition you have been dreaming of!! We want to give the power, freedom, and fun back to you....THE PEOPLE. This online individual competition that will be over the course of 6 days. There will be both RX and Scaled divisions. You will have 7 workouts to complete and submit in any order you choose. There will be video submissions for each workout, standards provided before competition begins. You could do all the workouts in one day or, over the course of the week. Pick your poison as they say. There will be CASH PRIZES , sponsorship opportunities, and more. Get ready. This one is gonna be exciting!
