Get your team of 3 ready, functional fitness competition with 6 scored events on the day and 5 guaranteed workouts. All teams will be provided with a team name board and an athlete pack from Forte Fitness. 


All teams will be complete the same 3 workouts. Then after the 3 teams will be divided into a cup division and shield division. We encourage everyone to sign up as all workouts will be accessible and will challenge you and your team members to push yourselves.


Movement standards

For all:

Wallballs 9/6kg 

DB movements M-1x22.5/15 F-1 x15/10

Single unders

DB lunges M-2x17.5 F-2x10 

KB movements M 1x24 F 1x16 

Barbell cycling M-40kg F-30kg 

Hanging knee raises 

Deadlifts M-100/80 F-70/50

Cup: athletes who usually complete gymnastics open standard. (1 team member to have Bar MU.) 

Shield: at least 1 athlete to comp pull ups. 


Come and enjoy a great day of fitness, photographers on site, awesome vendors. Free parking and free for all spectators to enjoy.

IRT: max synchro burpees over line.

WOD 3: MIXED EMOTIONS

(Floating WOD- all teams)

Sandbag hold M 45kg F 30kg

(No score for this but for the other two to be scored the bag must be held up off the ground at all times)


1 athlete always works on the bike and 1 athlete works on the carries and 1 holds the bag can rotate as much as they wish.


Score= Total calories on the bike + total amount of farmer carry lengths.(50 ft = 1 rep)


WOD 4- BLIND FAITH


8 min AMRAP

10 deadlifts 80/50

5 TTB or 10 hanging knee raises

Every 2 mins including 0:00/2:00/4:00/6:00.

8 synchro single arm devil presses (2 work)


DBs 1 of each x M 22.5/15 F 15/10


Score= total reps combined at the 8 min mark INCLUDING devil press reps.

WOD 5- BACKBONE


12 min cap.

AMRAP

1000m Row (1 rep = 100m)

50 synchro DB thrusters + 1 barbell

(M 1 x 22.5 DB 1 x15 DB 1 x20kg bar)

(F 1 x 15 DB 1 x10 DB 1 x15kg bar)
