Two Divisions: Elite and Intermediate

M/M & F/F Pairs

Movement Requirements

ELITE:

  • Toes 2 Bar
  • Pull-Ups 
  • Rope Climbs
  • Double Unders (1 Partner Only)
  • 50/35kg Thrusters & Power Snatch 
  • 70/47.5kg Clean & Jerk 

 

INTERMEDIATE:

  • Toes 2 Ring
  • 2 x 15/10kg DB Thrusters & Devils Press 
  • 60/40kg Deadlifts 

 

Please note that this is a fun competition so if there any injuries or need to make modifications to anything to still be able to participate we can absolutely make that happen. However there may be some reductions in scoring points so the podium is fair play.

R1 - 15 Burpee Box Jump Overs + 30/24 Cal Row

R2 - 30 Burpee Box Jump Overs + 15/12 Cal Row

R3 - 45 Burpee Box Jump Overs + 45 Cal Row

  • 40m Sled Pull (60/30kg)
  • 40m DB FR Walking Lunge (2x15/10kg)
  • 40 Toes 2 Ring
  • 400m Run Together

 

Score = Rounds + Reps 

400m Run Is 40 Reps

Clean & Jerk Ladder

Both Pairs Will Progress Through The Clean & Jerk Ladder. If One Partner Is Unsuccessful At A Weight The Other Partner Can Still Progress Through The Ladder. Both Partners Will Have 60s To Lift The Weight Before Progressing To The Next Weight. The Lift Must Be Fully Compelted Within The 60s.

Score = Combined Weight From Each Partners Successful Lift

Partners Split Workout However They Desire.

Synchro Alt DB Snatch Must Be Perfomed In Sync With DB Locked Out Overhead At The Top At Same Time.
