Halloween Lift-Off (Details) 

October 25th 

9am-2pm

Scaled: *Starts With 75/55

RX: Starts 115/75

Advanced: 155/105 

Event: 

Snatch Ladder + Clean Ladder + Deadlift (2 Attempts) 

Instructions:

Complete 1 snatch then add weight to bar, your score is the heaviest snatch in the ladder. Once you hit your max snatch you then advance to the clean ladder. Your second score will be the heaviest clean. Once you hit your max clean you will advance to the deadlift where you will get 2 attempts, your score is heaviest Deadlift.

 

Minimum weight added each minute: 2.5 Each Side 

Maximum weight added each minute: 5 Each Side + 2.5 Each Side (7.5 Each Side) 

Deadlift Jumps: No limit 

 

*These will all be scored separately 

*One minute to complete lift + :15 second transition, lift will count past the minute as long as hands are on the bar and lift is beginning at the beep

No reps:

If you step “out of bounds during lift/over the line”, dump the bar behind you, or not establishing a controlled lockout position.


Snatch: 

 

Cannot touch your knees on the floor or bar cannot touch your head and press out 

 

Clean: 

 

No hitching or from the hang, all lifts from the floor 
Your knees cannot touch the floor 

 

Deadlift 


One fluid motion, no jolting 
Full lockout at the top (shoulder in line or behind the bar, knees & hips extended) 
Controlled Decent down past the knees 
No straps are allowed 
• ⁃ No wraps or double knee sleeves are allowed
