* No refunds available but teams can be transferred up until one week before the competition.
🏋🏻♂️MOVEMENT LIST🤸♀️
Rx and Scaled:
✨Movements every athlete will need to be able to complete in Rx (all others can be split):
- C2B (technically we will have a scale to complete more pull ups if you aren’t able to complete C2B)
- Single-arm Devils Press (50/35)
- Double Unders
- Overhead Squats (115/75)
Master's (37+):
✨The Rx requirements are accurate with the following alterations:
- Pull ups instead of C2B
- 135/95 for barbell weights (OHS of 95/65)
- 50/25# for DB Bench and SA Devils Press
* Nothing that is required for each individual is in an extremely high amount of reps.

Workouts

1,000 meter ski (broken up however you’d like between teammates)
400 meter run (as a team)
750 meter ski

*75 Toes to Bar must be completed throughout the workout while one partner is skiing. All T2B reps must be complete before leaving on your last run.
Masters:
*60 T2B (same sequence otherwise)
Scaled Women:
*800-600-400 meter ski
*75 Toes above hips

For Time: Athletes will complete 4/4/2/2/2/1 squat cleans as fast as possible.

🏋️♀️🏋️Partners will alternate two-minute rounds for 6️⃣ total sets. One partner will be working through the movements, the other will be resting.

Masters: DU’s, 95/65 OHS, Pull ups
Scaled: Singles, 95/65 front squats, Jumping Pull ups
Max cals on bike with remaining time...
