Grab a partner and get involved!
A mini in-house competition, all 3 workouts completed within 30 minutes.
Your strength and fitness will truly be tested. No gymnastics (apart from single / double unders).
Scaling can be an option under the coaches guidance depending on strength and skill level.
Heats will be in waves, every 10 mins 2 will start in a waterfall style and go head to head.
Coffee will be available to purchase in the morning by our awesome member Harry, aka "Harry Pours".
