About This Competition
WELCOME TO
MOVEMBER SUPPORTED BY WIT & GRENADE
This November, WIT are opening up WIT HOUSE LONDON – not just for our WIT-style Throwdown, but
to also offer up a drop-in clinic for the London fitness community, allowing them to gain professional
advice from GPs & mental health practitioners.
With support from Grenade, WIT are inviting mixed-sex teams of three to compete at WIT HOUSE
LONDON to help fundraise and raise awareness.

Workouts
WOD 1 - 8min AMRAP
Max Cals Assault Bike
5 RFT:
12 Sync DB Hang Snatch 22.5/15kg
12 DB Goblet Box Step Over 20” (IGYG)
One person always on the bike. Always two athletes synchronising the workout. Once the workout is finished, all 3 athletes can join and alternate on the bike in the remaining time.

WOD 2
For Time: (7’ cap)

Dual Deadlift 140kg (Dead hang)
Sync Burpees Over (all)
Deadline with 2 athletes, third athlete has to be hanging in order for DL to count. All 3 zig zag sync burpees.
Score: Final time

WOD 3
8’ AMRAP/Chipper:
30 Cals Row
20 Plate Shoulder to overhead 25/15kg
15 Sit Up (plate tap)
10 Broad Jump Run Back (1.5m)
Row machine is the only movement which they will split the reps between them (however they want to), all other movements must be synchronised.
Score: total reps (each round has 75 reps)
WOD 4
FOR TIME/Relay (12’ cap)
500m Run (around the block)
12 Box Jump Over 24/20”
15 KB Swing 24/16kg
12 Wall Balls 9/6kg
Athletes will stay in front of the WIT Shop/escalators, as the running athlete arrives from the lap, will tap the next athlete, and proceed downstairs to finish the workout.
