About This Competition
Community is at the heart of Carbondale CrossFit. This competition was created to bring together gyms from the Roaring Fork Valley, Western Slope, and beyond. We would love for you to show up support and lift each other up. With a little sprinkle of competition to see who can claim the title of The Best of the West.

both athletes must complete each movement. Reps will count only while L-sit is being held.

Both teams will have 6:00 to establish 1 rep max of "1 clean - 1 front squat - 1 jerk". Clean will come from floor can be power or squat. Jerk is power, squat, or split.
there will be a 1:00 transition into

Partner 1 will start on max rep kipping chest to bar
While partner 2 completes 60 double unders
partners can only switch once the jump rope has been completed.
score will be weighted and pull up reps combined.
