About This Competition
Same sex teams of 3.
NO qualifiers.
RX division
This division is for people who complete the CrossFit open at RX standard.
-Barbell movements (standard open weights)
M 60kg/ F 42.5kg Clean and Jerk/ Snatch
M 100kg/ F 70kg Deadlifts
-All members to be competent with Toes to bar/C2B/ Double unders.
-One team member at least to have Bar/Ring Mu and Handstand walks.
Fun team of 3 competition. Programmed by Zack George and Josh Burniston, all workouts to be challenging and a great test of all round fitness designed to push you and your teammates to the maximum.
Battle it out for the chance to win some amazing prizes. More information to be released on these during the build up to the day.

Workouts
5 Minute window for each team member to find a 1 rep max clean.
Cleans can be performed as a Power or Squat.
Each athlete can have as many attempts as they wish but the heaviest successful lift from each athlete will then contribute to the teams score for this workout.
Score = 3 heaviest successful cleans combined. Total Kgs.
Min 6:00-7:00- Athlete A: Max reps deadlifts
Min 7:30-8:30 Athlete B: Max reps Front Squats (from the floor)
Min 9:00-10:00 Athlete C: Max reps Snatches
Each team will have to decide on the weight of the barbell, but all team members must perform each of there selected exercises at the same weight. It cannot be changed after you have selected it.
Power Output weight x reps for each athlete and then each total will be combined resulting in the total of the 3. This will be the score for your team.
