About This Competition
Gold Out Presents:
Mia's 2nd Annual Cross-Training Event
This year's competition will feature Teams of 2 (Same-Sex) with both RX and Scaled divisions.
Both divisions will compete on July 31st.
Registration window opens June 4th and will close on July 24th.
All proceeds from this event will go to families battling pediatric cancer.
- Prizes will be announced at a later date.
- Detailed RX/Scaled movement standards will be released closer to event date. Currently, you can view general movement standards by clicking on each division before finalizing your registration.

Workouts
Athletes will have 10 minutes to complete one rep of their heaviest SNATCH.
Score is combined weight (in pounds) of each athlete's heaviest lift.
12 Minute EMOM
00-Minute 1: Partner 1 will complete 5 burpees over the barbell (facing or lateral). They will then complete as many thrusters as possible until the minute is up.
Minute 1 - Minute 2: Partner 2 will complete 5 burpees over the barbell (facing or lateral) They will then complete as many thrusters as possible until the minute is up.
The workout will continue in this format until the 12 minutes are up. Final score = Total cumulative thrusters
*Total cumulative thrusters will serve as tiebreaker for finals if necessary*
Scaled Men: 95 lbs
Scaled Women: 65 lbs
RX Men: 135 lbs
RX Women: 95 lbs

- 50 calorie row
- 40 Box Jump Overs (RX: 30/24 / Scaled: 24/20)
- 30 Toes to Bar (Scaled: Knees to Elbow)
- 20 Hang Power Cleans (RX: 165/115 / Scaled 115 /75)
- 100 Double Unders (200 Singles)
FOR TIME
- 100 Cal Bike
- 80 Wall Ball Shots (RX: 25/20 / Scaled 20/14)
- 60 Handstand Push-Ups (Scaled: 40 Hand release push-ups)
- 40 Pistols (Scaled: 40 Plyo Squats)
- 20 G2OH (RX: 185/125 / Scaled 135/95)
