Farmers Carry Handles for Distance

(loaded with 40# ea for Rx and 20# ea for scaled)

Axel Bar Thrusters #95/65 (RX) / #55/45 (scaled)

- bar weighs 45# -

 

*on turf, work in 5 yd intervals to 20 yd turn around distance. 5 yd counts when back weights are past the line.

5-minutes to complete floater wod.-

-each team must designate 2 rx and 2 scaled athletes-

 

2 mins for first pair (scaled) and 2 mins for second pair (Rx)

1 min in between each pair.

 

Scaled partners go; each athlete does farmers carry for 1 min, while the other does thrusters for 1 min, then switches. RX athletes will follow and do the same at their designated weights.

 

Team gets 1 min in between RX & Scaled athletes to change weights.

Waiting teammates can help switch weights.

Each team must pick two RX athletes, and two Scaled athletes for this workout. Athlete #1 works all the way through the listed movements, and then the following athlete begins at the completion of all movements. each athlete will follow until everyone has gone through & finished all listed movements. (Follow the leader)

Teams will choose the order of athletes.

Buy-in: 400m Team Run

-athletes who have an injury can row 500m in place of a run-

 

500m Ski (Pacer)

 

other stations (accumulating reps):

  • Wallball 20/14 (Rx) -or- 14/10 (S) *
  • Russian Kettlebell Swings 53/35 (Rx) -or- 35/25 (S) *
  • Db Snatch 50/35 (Rx) -or- 25/15 (S)

 

 

Teams must designate 2 rx and 2 scaled athletes for this workout.

all teammates run together for the buy in. fastest athlete to return may start skiing!

 

Each athlete will ski once. Each team member will rotate through each of the three other stations one time (no repeats).

Team members will rotate each time the person skiing reaches 500m (judges reset monitor after each skier).

For snatches: Switch arms as often as needed and at least 1 head of the DB needs to touch the ground between reps.

Clock stops when the fourth team member finishes the 500m ski.

SCORE = Time - # Reps (1 rep = 1 sec)*
