To bring real intensity, real programming, and real standards to the local level.
A one-day event. Mixed teams.
Three divisions. Four events.
Everything matters. Every rep counts.
You’ll be tested broadly.
You’ll be tested on execution.
You’ll be tested on your ability to work as a team when things get uncomfortable.
No secrets.
No gimmicks.
Just a well-run event with a clear standard and a damn good experience. Format

RX
If you know, you know.
Muscle-ups. Handstand push-ups. Heavy Barbell. Strategy. Everything is on the table. If you perform RX in your gym or in the open, this is for you.
Scaled
This division brings the same energy, just with modifications. If you’re modifying workouts in class, this is where you throw down. Your have a pull up but not a muscle up type vibe.
Foundations
You don’t need to be experienced to be dangerous.
You just need to be willing. First comp? Good. This is where you start. Details
