Which Division is Right for your Team?

Rx Division ::
Your team performs daily WODs without scaling or modifying. You can efficiently do movements like pull-ups, double unders, & handstand pushups. You are confident with a barbell and can do full Squat Snatches and/or full Squat Clean at or above 95lbs.

BAM Division (Badass In the Making) ::
Athletes that are new to the competition scene or beginners. Needs to do modifications in most WODs, new to olympic lifting, and newer to functional fitness. Typically, this would be your first or possibly second competition.

After your team registers, you will receive a unique referral link to share! If 4 teams use your unique referral link, your team spot will be FREE!!! That's right, bring ALL of your friends.

  • The “synchros” per movement are as follows:

    • Deadlift – top of the rep at full extension of the knees and hips.

    • Toes to Bar – top of the rep with both athletes’ feet hitting the bar at the same time

    • Burpee Box Jump Over – both athletes chests’ on the floor at the same time before beginning each rep.

    • Each athlete should have their own deadlift bar.

  • The entire complex must be done without letting go of the barbell.

  • For the hang clean and clean, all styles are permitted: split cleans, power cleans, or squat cleans.

  • For the shoulder-to-overhead, any form of press or jerk is permitted.

  • The entire complex must be done without letting go of the barbell.

  • For the hang clean and clean, all styles are permitted: split cleans, power cleans, or squat cleans.

  • For the shoulder-to-overhead, any form of press or jerk is permitted.

  • For the double-unders,
    • Partner 1 completes 36 reps, then
    • Partner 2 completes 36 reps.
  • Once both athletes have completed their reps, they will move together to the dumbbell snatches.

  • The dumbbell snatch “synchro” is established when both athletes’ working arms are simultaneously overhead. These reps do not have to be alternating.

  • For the chest-to-bar, the “synchro” is established when both athletes' chests touch the bar simultaneously at the top of each rep.

  • The wall walks can be split between athletes in any way they choose.

  • At start time, the first athlete runs to complete their thrusters, while the next athlete waits on the start mat.

  • As soon as the first athlete completes their thrusters, the second athlete may move to the barbell from the start line. The first athlete moves to the rower.

  • The first athlete may cross the finish line once their calories are completed.

  • Continue in this fashion until all athletes have crossed the finish line.
