Event Details:
Saturday, July 13th
Heats of athletes/teams will start at 8:30 am and every 20 minutes thereafter
Expected timeline for the event is 8:30am-11:30am
$15 individual or $25 team entry fee to cover drinks, snacks, and event setup

- 100m Walking Lunges (RX 50/35 DB / Scaled - BW)
- Run 600m

- 200m Farmers Carry (RX 70/53 - Scaled 53/35)
- Run 600m

- 50m Sled Pull (RX - Heavy!) (Scale - Moderate)

Partners will always RUN TOGETHER, but can partition other stations however they choose.

FAQ
Can I walk during the "run" portion? YES, let's see your best MALL WALK!
What is the expected time to finish the race? 30-60 minutes with NO CAP (unless dangerous for participant)
Will there be regular classes on that morning? NO
Can I participate and scale the workout? YES, but your time will NOT be posted on COMPETITION CORNER / Gym Leaderboard
