THE ROAD TO THE MAJOR LEAGUE GAMES
The season is broken up into Two Stages:
Stage One - Major League Open
This is a four-week, four-workout competition that is held in affiliates, local and garage gyms around the world. Workouts are released online each Friday, and athletes have until the following Thursday to submit their scores. Anyone who’s 14-34 years old can Register and join in the first stage of the Major League season.
NOTE: ALL ATHLETES ARE REQUIRED TO VIDEO THEIR WORKOUTS BUT NOT REQUIRED WHEN SUBMITTING THEIR SCORES. IF YOUR SCORE LOOKS QUESTIONABLE YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THAT VIDEO & IT WILL BE VERIFIED BY ONE OF THE MAJOR LEAGUE JUDGES.
Stage Two - MAJOR LEAGUE GAMES
The top 5* athletes from each age group, division and State from the Major League Open will qualify for the Major League Games , where they will go head to head in the Major League Games Finals.
*Due to certain numbers in divisions, if a division only has 5 athletes for one state then the top 4 will be selected for the Games. If this is the case , then we will select the top 6 athletes in a division/state that has a large number of athletes. (this is so we can have a certain number of athletes at the Games to make it the best experience possible for all).
*Weight standards for each division may increase slightly at the GAMES.

*If the situation for the Games has to be changed to 1 day, or each individual state host their own (like in 2021) or go online then we will make that decision with ample notice to all athletes. In the end we want a competition for everyone but we need to keep it safe and follow the rules in each state/country etc....Thank You.
