About This Competition
Super Throwdown @ Salty Hive CrossFit Saturday, August 1st, 2026
This event is about more than just competition — it’s about community. Salty Hive CrossFit is bringing the community together for a special one-day Teams of 2 throwdown to support local affiliate owner Kerrie from Skol CrossFit as she recovers from brain surgery.
This event is designed to be a fun, simple, community-focused competition where athletes can throw down, support an amazing cause, and compete for the opportunity to earn an invite to the 2026 Mountain West Fitness Championship this October.
There are no athlete shirts, no medals, and no big production — just athletes showing up for each other and doing what the CrossFit community does best. 50% of event proceeds will go directly toward supporting Kerrie and her family.

Masters Eligibility Both athletes on the team must be 35 years old by August 1st, 2026, to compete in the Masters divisions.
