Tävlingen kommer innehålla grundläggande moment som båda i teamet bör klara:
35-44 år:
C&J – 50/35kg
Thruster – 50/35kg
STOH – 50/35kg
Marklyft – 80/60kg
45-54, 55+ år:
C&J – 40/30kg
Thruster – 40/30kg
STOH – 40/30kg
Marklyft – 70/50kg
Minst 1 i laget bör klara 3-5 st obrutet Toes to bar och pull-ups. (För 55+ räcker det med att få till singlar av ttb/pullups ingen kommer bli stillastående)
Svårare och tyngre övningar kan dyka upp dag 2!
