Romanian TeamUP Championship este o competitie de Functional Cross Training adresata echipelor de doua persoane.

Scopul principal al Romanian TeamUP Championship este acela de a oferi comunitatii de CrossFit din Romania o experienta unica pe arena competitionala. Pentru a aduce o experienta cat mai placuta, omogena si corecta , am adunat sub umbrela Romanian TeamUP Championship 6 Sali de Functional Training / CrossFit din 6 orase diferite :
- Targoviste represented by Green Box Fitness
- Bucuresti represented by CrossFit Nord BVS
- Targu Mures represented by CrossFit Targu Mures
- Timisoara represented CST FitLab
- Targu Secuiesc represented by Old Mickey's Barbell Club
- Brasov represented by Leistung Fitness
In prima etapa, in fiecare luna, workoutul va fi programat de catre un organizator diferit.
Ianuarie - Workout 1 by Green Box Fitness
Februarie - Workout 2 By CrossFit Nord BVS
Martie - Workout 3 By CST FitLab
Aprilie - Workout 4 by Old Mickey's Barbell Club
Mai - Workout 5 by CrossFit Targu Mures
Iunie - Workout 6 by Leistung Fitness
Workouturile aferente primelor doua etape pot fi filmate din orice locatie si comunitate de pe pamant , galaxie, univers.
Formatul competitiei : doua etape online , urmate de FINALA in persoana.
- Prima etapa ( online ) Ianuarie - Iunie. 1 Workout / luna ( 6 Workouturi in total )
- Etapa Doi ( online ) Dupa definitivarea leaderboardului la finalul lunii Iunie, primele 20 de echipe din fiecare divizie avanseaza in SemiFinale. Durata : Septembrie - Octombrie . 1 Workout / luna ( 2 Workouturi in total ).
- FINALA . La definitivarea leaderboardului, dupa finalul lunii Noiembrie, Primele 5 echipe din fiecare divizie avanseaza in FINALA ( competitie de o zi in persona ).
Pentru a putea alege corect divizia care se potriveste echipei tale , am pus la punct o lista completa de miscari, standarde si greutati la care va puteti astepta ( o regasiti in descrierea fiecarei divizii pe CompetitionCorner sau pe oricare dintre paginile competitiei de pe retelele sociale).
Participarea in etapa online si la finala in persoana se face in urma achitarii taxei de participare. Taxa de participare este finala, netransmisibila si nereturnabila.

The main goal of the Romanian TeamUP Championship is to offer the CrossFit community in Romania a unique experience in the competitive arena. In order to bring the most pleasant, homogeneous and correct experience, we have gathered under the umbrella of the Romanian TeamUP Championship 6 Functional Training / CrossFit Gyms from 6 different cities:
- Targoviste represented by Green Box Fitness
- Bucuresti represented by CrossFit Nord BVS
- Targu Mures represented by CrossFit Targu Mures
- Timisoara represented CST FitLab
- Targu Secuiesc represented by Old Mickey's Barbell Club
- Brasov represented by Leistung Fitness
The workouts related to the first two stages can be filmed from any location and community on earth, galaxy, universe.
Competition format: two online stages, followed by the FINALS in person.
- First stage (online) January - June. 1 Workout / month (6 Workouts in total)
- Stage Two (online) After finalizing the leaderboard at the end of June, the first 20 teams from each division advance to the Semi-Finals. Duration: September - October. 1 Workout / month (2 Workouts in total).
- THE FINAL . When the leaderboard is finalized, after the end of November, the First 5 teams from each division advance to the FINALS (one-day in-person competition).
In order to be able to correctly choose the division that suits your team, we have put together a complete list of movements, standards and weights that you can expect (you can find it in the description of each division on CompetitionCorner or on any of the competition pages on social networks) .
Participation in the online stage and in the finals in person is done after paying the registration fee. The registration fee is final, non-transferable and non-refundable.
