Remainder of Time: Max Synchro Dumbbell Hang Clean & Jerks (ALL RX/INT use 50/35#) (Scaled/Beginner: 35/20#)

Station 3:

ALL RX - 16 Calorie Row (each partner)//INT - 14 Cal Row//Scaled & Beginner - 12 Cal Row

Remainder of Time: Max Synchro Burpees Over Rower (ALL RX & INT) // Scaled May Step Over Rower

15 AMRAP

Partner 1 must complete full round, then Partner 2 will complete the same full round. After each partner has completed first round, they will advance to the next movement of gymnastics.

Workout flow P1 : Round 1 - Completes 25 DU+15 WB+15 T2B, P2: Completes same, P1: 25 DU + 15 WB + 10 C2B, P2: Completes same... After both partners complete 3rd round, they will go back to the round of the first gymnastic movement, in RX's case, Toes to Bar.
