About This Competition
ARENA is CrossFit Talisman's individual competition 1st-2nd June 2024. (RX with one workout on the Friday night too)
If you've ever been to one of our events before you'll know the atmosphere is always electric. Spectator tickets are free so if you're not competing come on down and enjoy the festival vibes.

Friday 31st May, 5.30pm-8.30pm - RX & Masters (35+) Athletes
Saturday 1st June, 9:00am-5.00pm - RX, Intermediate & Masters (35+) Athletes
Sunday 2nd June, 9.00am-5.00pm - Everyday & Teens Athletes

Divisions
RX (AKA Titans)
If you RX at competitions or the CrossFit Open then this division is for you.
Intermediate (AKA Spartans)
Spartans will be 'almost RX', this division features all but the highest skilled gymnastics at a lower volume than for our Titans.
Everyday (AKA Gladiators)
An open age group, from 16-80, our Gladiators category is a great place to start your competition experience, if you generally scale workouts in the Open or at the gym then give Gladiators a try.
Masters RX (AKA Legends)
Legends is our 35+ RX category. The movement standards and weights will be almost identical to our RX division. If this division isn’t for you we know you’ll fit in to our Spartan or Gladiators categories perfectly.
Teens (AKA Descendants)
Aged 13-15. Movement standards similar to the everyday category. Lighter on the weights where needed.
