This is designed to be more a social event which is perfect for your first comp
There a 3 short workouts followed by drinks a burger and little party after
Where: 11/5 Sefton Rd Thornleigh
When: 31/08. 2:30pm to 6pm with party afterwards.
Cost: $112 includes registration, a burger each from Jimmy's Smash Burgers and 2 drinks each (beer or wine).

Partner A completes 20 KB Swings, then Partner B completes 15 Burpees, then Partner A completes 10 Lunges, then Partner B completes 20 KB Swings and so on.

Partner A completes 30 KB Swings, then Partner B completes 20 Burpees, then Partner A completes 10 Lunges, then Partner B completes 30 KB Swings and so on.

Partner A completes 21 Deadlifts, then Partner B completes 21 Deadlifts, Partner A completes Box jumps, then, Partner B completes Box jumps and so on.
