The return of our threesome competition. Teams can be up of 2 male and 1 female or 2 female and 1 male!! It’s up to you. There will be Rx and Scaled divisions.

Workouts
Teams will progress through the ladder, 2 min window to complete required reps and 15 secs to move on. All bars will be pre-loaded.
Team members can lift as many times as they wish, as long as the required number is reached within the 2 min. The reps will decrease as the weight increases.
As a team, work through the following chipper:
Med ball air squat x 100 (synchro pairs)
Deadlift x 90
T2B x 80
Med ball air/goblet squat x 70 (synchro pairs, 1 KB)
Hang power clean x 60
Chest to bar x 50
Med ball jump lunges x 40 (synchro pairs, 1 x med ball each)
STOH x 30
BMU x 20
All movements are one person working unless stated.
Using a leap frog format: Each team member must complete the required work before the next team member may start. The team must stay in order.

Bike erg cal x 6/9
Single DB devils press x 6
Wall walk x 3
