“FRENEMIES”💔

November 22, 2025

We promised to change the landscape of local competition w/ “SUFFERFEST”, and now we intend to do the same with partner comps!

Grab your BFF, your gym rival, a ringer, whoever you think you can do damage with, and bring it!

FRENEMIES is a two person partner comp M/M or F/F (no co-ed) to find the best local partners, period.

Much like SUFFERFEST, this comp will not shy away from heavy weights & high skills, and overall a wild comp to remember. Don’t miss out!

“That one friend that always sandbags the workout.”

Immediate Notes:

The workout is comprised of 3 x 3 min intervals, with a one minute rest in between. Each interval begins with DB Snatches, into a jump rope variation while your partner sandbag holds, and ends with as many sandbag cleans in the remaining time. Score is total SB Cleans.

DB Snatch alt each rep & sync at the top, only one head of the DB must touch the ground.

The sandbag must be held in a bear hug position before your partner can begin reps on the jump rope, you may switch at any time.

“You don’t really wanna go to the party you just wanna be invited.”
