About This Competition

HOLISTIC THROWDOWN 7-8 JULI!

TEAM OM 2 i klasserna dam/dam & herr/herr (Intermediate & RX)

Alla lag i samma kategori kommer tävla mot varandra under dag 1 och kommer inför dag 2 fördelas in i nivåerna: Intermediate och RX efter placering.

-Alla tävlar båda dagarna!

DAG 1: 

Kommer innehålla grundläggande moment som kommer utmana alla atleter oavsett nivå.  

Moment båda i teamet bör klara:

C&J – 40/30kg
Thruster – 40/30kg
STOH – 40/30kg
Marklyft – 80/60kg
Gymnastiska övningar:
Toes to bar och pull-ups – 3-5 st obrutet. 

DAG 2:

Intermediate: Fortsätter på samma nivå som dag 1, tyngre vikter & svårare gymnastik kan förkomma i final.  
Rörelser som kan förekomma & 1 person i laget bör klara: Handstand Walk (ej obrutet), regular rope climbs, double unders. 

RX: 

Här får man vara redo för det mesta! 

Anmälan är bindande och ingen ångerrätt finns. Ett lag som inte kan deltaga själv kan sälja sin plats vidare fram till 2 veckor innan tävlingen.
