WOD #1:
"Grace" for Max Weight
5:00 Time Cap
Partners will split 30 Clean and Jerks for maximum load.
Weight can be added to the bar as many times as you want within the 30 repetitions, but once it is added, it cannot be removed!
WOD #2:
8 Min EMOM
Partners Alternate Minutes of Work
Rounds 1 and 3:
6 Burpee Box Jump Overs
Then... Max Effort Thrusters
Rounds 2 and 4:
6 Burpee Box Jump Overs
Then... Max Effort Hang Snatches
RX: 65/95 Scaled: 45/65

For Time- 12 Min Time Cap
800M Relay Run
70 Wallballs
60 TTB (Scaled: Knee Raises)
50/40 Calories on the rower
40 HSPU (Scaled: HRPU)
Max Effort BMU in the time remaining (Scaled Max Pullups)
