About This Competition
HYROX Simulation Event at CrossFit North Devon
Sunday 11th May from 10am to 4pm.
Get ready to test your endurance, fitness and strength with our HYROX Simulation event.
It's the perfect opportunity to push your limits with a full run through of the HYROX race (minus the Rox Zone) so you will get quicker times by approximately 4 to 8 minutes.
Whether you're a seasoned competitor or it's your first time, expect good vibes, music pumping adrenaline and lots of support from everyone!.
Categories (Open) and approximate window times (subject to change) are:
Individual:
Male and Female from 10am to 12pm
Doubles:
Male & Female Doubles from 11am to 1pm
Mixed Doubles:
From 1pm to 3pm
Additional Information:
- Individuals/Doubles/Mixed will set off every 10 minutes
- You will be given your exact start time at least a week before the event
- Upon registration, please submit your approximate 1km run time to help allocate the start times
- Please arrive at least one hour before your start time to register and warm up.
- First heat of the day will start at 10am.
- Event to finish at approximately 4pm
