The Combine is how TRVFITTERS measure their gains, track what to work on, and have a blast challenging themselves with their TRVFIT family.
Combine week expect the all locations group to be activated with tons of giveaways etc to kickoff the 2023 season with Endeavor to come.

Procedure: This test requires the person to run back and forth between two parallel lines as fast as possible. Set up two lines 20 feet apart with a 20” x 24” Box set 20” high at the start line. At the start line, on the signal "Ready? Go!" The participant runs to the opposite line, the foot and hand simultaneously touching the ground on or beyond the line, then back to the start/finish line to touch the ground again, repeating this five times for a total of 200 ft is covered. After completing the run Box-Overs start with both feet on the ground, participants may jump or step up so both feet are simultaneously on top of the box before STEPPING down. Only advanced division will use Dumbbells
Scoring: The best time from two trails is recorded. Results are recorded to the nearest tenth of a second.

Procedure: In this test participants will complete as many deadlifts as possible in the first two minutes. Each Deadlift starts with the person grabbing the lowest handle on the hex-bar before standing in full extension of the knees and hips to complete the rep. In minutes two through four they will complete as many Dumbbell Shoulder to Overheads as possible. The Participant will need to be in a tall kneeling position on the floor with DBs at the shoulders before pressing overhead with a locked out position to complete the rep.

*Novice division may squat in place of Lunge
-1 Minute Max Effort Sit Up
Procedure: This test is 5 minutes with three different parts. Within the first minute the participant performs as many Hand Release Push-ups as possible. At the 1 min mark immediately move to the Kettlebell Complex which consists of 3 KB Horn Power Cleans + 2 Alt Rev Lunge + 1 KB Press. The Horn Clean is pulled from floor by the handle to shoulder height were the KB is regrouped at the horns. Reverse Lunges start with both feet under the hips with the KB held at shoulders, then 1 leg steps back with the knee clearly making contact with the ground all while the person maintains an upright position (Novice division may sub Goblet Squats if necessary) Following both lunges a press of the KB to the height where the participant eyes are under the KB is needed to complete the complex. (1 complex = 1 rep)
