Inclusive, fun fitness for the everyday athlete.

Our Easter Throwdown is the perfect event to come and compete with likeminded people in a friendly environment.
We have RX, Scaled and for the first time a masters category (both athletes aged 35 or over).
We'll have 3 workouts over the day.
