The fittest teens in israel

Pardes Hanna Karkur invites all the boys and girls who train in affiliate box to compete
for the title of the fittest boy and girl in Israel
 
Registration Opens 1/7/18 till 5/8/18
Qualifiers 15/7/18 - 7/8/18
Finals 5/10/18
 
The qualifiers for the 2018 Tomorrow's Athletes will run between 15/7/18 till 7/8/18 with 3 qualifying workouts to be completed.

*QUALIFIERS DEADLINE DATES BELOW *
Registration Deadline: saturday 5/8/18
  • TA18.1 Deadline: Sunday 5/8/18  
  • TA18.2 Deadline: Monday 6/8/18
  • TA18.3 Deadline: Thuseday 7/8/18

 
THE FOLLOWING ATHLETES WILL QUALIFY TO FINALS IN AUGUST
  • Boys 16-17 - 12
  • Girls 16-17 - 12
  • Boys 14-15 - 12
  • Girls 14-15 - 12

*Please note that depending on the total number of athletes who register for each division, the number of finalists for each division could change*

7 Rounds of:

9 Dumbbells power clean

7 Dumbbells front squat

5 burpees over the Dumbbells 

9 MIN TIME CAP

Boys 16-17 will use a 22.5kg dumbbell
Girls 16-17 will use a 15kg dumbbell

Boys 14-15 will use a 15kg dumbbell
Girls 14-15 will use a 10kg dumbbell 

 

Qualifier TA18.2

Every 4 minutes for as long as possible complete:


from 0:00 - 4:00

3 rounds of

6 cal row

6 toes to bar

6 Shoulder to overhead  


from 4:00-8:00

3 Rounds of

8 cal row

8 toes to bar

8 Shoulder to overhead  


from 8:00-12:00

3 Rounds of

10 cal row

10 toes to bar

10 Shoulder to overhead  

Etc., following same pattern (add 2 rep for each movmant) until you fail to complete rounds

 

The weight for the Shoulder to overhead is
Boys 16-17 will use a 43kg 
Girls 16-17 will use a 29kg

Boys 14-15 will use a 34kg 
Girls 14-15 will use a 25kg  

Qualifier TA18.3

4 Rounds of:

25 Double unders
15 Wall ball 
25 Double unders
8 Snatches
25 Double unders
15 Pull ups
25 Double unders
8 Handstand push ups 

16 min time cap 

Boys 16-17 will use a 10kg or 20lb ball and 52kg or 115lb Barbell.
Girls 16-17 will use a 6kg or 14lb ball and 34kg or 75lb Barbell.

Boys 14-15 will use a 10kg or 20lb ball and 34kg or 75lb Barbell.
Girls 14-15 will use a 6kg or 14lb ball and 25kg or 55lb Barbell.
