No refunds. Substitutes may be made by the Team Captain until end of registration.

RX Standards

This division is designed for the advance CrossFit Athlete. All athletes in this division are expected to have completed the OPEN workouts and benchmark workouts at the RX level.  Expect higher-level gymnastic movements in the final.

Intermediate Standards 

This division is designed to be a challenging option for those athletes with regular and consistent CrossFit experience, but may be lacking proficiency in some higher-level gymnastics skills and weight-lifting movements. Both team members should be able to complete the standards below.

* If you break a movement, the penalty is 4 partner lateral burpees over that barbell

In 6:00 

Partners establish  2 rep max Thruster

*Score is successfully completed Thruster weights from each partner combined

*Teams can begin attempts as soon as part A is completed.

*If teams do not finish Part A before the 9:00 time cap, they will stop the AMRAP and will go right into part B.

*RC cannot be initiated until sandbag is in bearhug position

P1: max cal on Echo Bike

P2: AMRAP -

RX - 8 Pistol Squats + 8 T2B

Intermediate - 8 KB Goblet Squats (53/35#) + 8 Toes above 90

*Switch after 1:00 P1 picks up where P2 left off on AMRAP 

*Partner getting on bike must wait for buzzer to get on bike
