About This Competition
One and All Games is a fun and challenging team fitness event designed to allow people of all fitness backgrounds to test their fitness levels. Teams of four comprising of two males and two females will venture through a variety of unique fitness challenges designed to test fitness levels as well as the ability to work efficiently and effectively as a team.

Workouts
For Time
Teams will complete 8 A-Frame CrossOvers
(Any athlete any order)
On completion they will pick up their worm and complete 400m Lap
On completion time will be logged once the worm is placed back at start point
On completion of W1 with any remainder time from the 18 minute clock the team will build to a heavy combined weight 'Clean'
Each team members heaviest lift will be logged to form a total weight.

3K Concept II Bike
100 Wall Ball Shots (6/9)
75 Toes 2 Bar
50 Box Overs (20"/24")
25 Team Over Worm Burpees
Teams will carry their worm out to marker where it will stay off the floor. They will then complete 4 Relay Laps
On completion they will complete 8 DB farmers carry shuttles.
Finishing with a worm carry back to the start.
The workout will be logged for time.
10 Minute AMRAP

30 C2B Pull Ups
18 Worm Thrusters
18 Bar MUs
12 Minutes to accumulate as many combined calories on the Concept II Bike and Rowing machine
