  • Wall Walk (30” off the wall)

  • Australian Push-Up
  • Squat Clean, Increasing Ladder (75/55# +)
  • Overhead Squat, 75/55#
  • Deadlift, 155/105#
  • Dumbbell Snatch, 35/25#
  • Double Dumbbell Shoulder-to-Overhead, 35/25#
  • Single-Under

 

Intermediate:

  • Box Jump Over, 20” (must step down)
  • Wall Walk (10” off the wall)
  • Over-Under 32”
  • Burpee
  • Toes-to-Bar
  • Chest-to-Bar
  • Squat Clean, Increasing Ladder (95/65# +)
  • Squat Snatch, 115/75#
  • Muscle-Up
  • Rope Climb

[Max Reps Box Jump Over, 20” (Scaled may to step overs)

·         Score 1 = Time to complete both machines.  Time will be recorded once all three athletes are across the middle line

·         Score 2 = Repetitions of box jump overs completed

·         Athletes will complete the bike and the row simultaneously. Athletes may switch between machines however they choose.

·         Box jumps may not begin until all three athletes are across the middle line

·         Box will be moved forward after every 75 reps are completed

[9 Line Facing Burpee (3’ Rx, 2’ Int, 1’ Scaled)

[3 Wall Walks (10” RX/Intermediate 18” scaled

·         Alternate Rounds w/ Partners

·         Resting Partners will be waiting behind the start line while working partner completes the round at the other end of the lane.

·         Tag must be made while resting partner has at least one foot behind the start line.

·         Line facing burpee athlete must clear the gap between lines in their 2-foot jump

·         Dragon Fly – feet must touch floor at start of rep and finish with both contacting the marked line on the rig upright.
