About This Competition
Join us for a spectacular celebration as Coastline CrossFit marks its 1st birthday with an exciting in-house competition!
The Coastline CrossFit 1st Birthday Throwdown is the perfect opportunity for all our members to come together and showcase their fitness in teams of three. This friendly competition is designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and teamwork, all while having a blast.
Event Details:
- Date: 20th July
- Time: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Location: Coastline CrossFit
The day kicks off with three intense and exhilarating workouts that will test every aspect of your fitness. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or new to CrossFit, this competition is all about camaraderie and pushing each other to new heights.
Schedule:
- 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Competition - Three challenging workouts
- 12:00 PM - Onwards: Social afternoon at Princess Park
After the competition, we will head over to Princess Park for a well-deserved afternoon of relaxation and fun. Enjoy games, socializing, and birthday festivities.
This is not just a competition; it's a celebration of our amazing community and the milestones we've achieved together.
Note: All fitness levels are welcome, and participation is encouraged. Bring your enthusiasm, team spirit, and be ready for a day filled with energy, excitement, and plenty of laughter.

Workouts
Teams must move 1 x sandbag, 2 x DBs and 1 x KB to a 400m mark.
At 400m teams must complete 30 burpee sandbag overs as a team.
Teams must then bring all kit back to the finish line to complete the workout.
Each athlete from the team must complete..
30/24 Cal Bike
10 Clean and Jerks (60/40kg)
15 Lateral Burpees over the bar
One athlete completes a full round then tags the 2nd, then 3rd athlete.
Teams must complete..
2500/2000m Row
200 Single DB Box Get Overs (15/10kg)
150 Wall Balls (9/6kg)
Score is time complete.
