WINTER SWOLSTICE 2024

Bundle up, the deep freeze is coming! Grab your team of 4 and get ready to heat up the competition floor! 

  • WHEN: SATURDAY, JANUARY 20, 2024
  • TIMES: 9AM-2PM 
  • WHERE: UNIVERSITY PLACE CROSSFIT
  • COST:
    • 299 + taxes and fees
  • Each team gets 4 AMAZING winter trapper hats

FORMAT: TEAMS OF 4 (MUST BE 2 MALES AND 2 FEMALES)

DIVISIONS:

  • RX
  • SCALED
  • MASTERS- All must be 35+

WORKOUTS: 4 workouts, 3 + 1 surprise floater

  • WORKOUT 1: Released Nov. 25
  • WORKOUT 2: Released Dec. 26
  • WORKOUT 3: Released Jan. 10
  • FLOATER: Surpise 

REFUND POLICY: If you cancel your registration prior to November 10th, refunds will be given. Refunds after Nov. 10th will only be given if we can fill your spot. No refunds (even if we can fill your spot) will be given after January 10th. 

UPCF CANCEL REFUND POILCY: In the event that UPCF needS to cancel due to any circumstance, refunds will be given.

  • 24 SYNC DB OH LUNGE 40/25 
  • 24 SYNC DB POWER SNATCHES 40/25 

B) ROW CALS

At 3,2,1.. Go. Parnter 1 (Male) and Partner 2 (Female) will perform 24 synchro OH lunges then 24 synchro DB power snatches. While they are doing this Partner 3 (Male) and Partner 4 (Female) will begin accumulating calories on one rower (switching back and forth as desired). When Partner 1 and 2 finsih their lunges and power snatches, they switch to accumulating calories on the rower and Partner 3 and 4 begin their lunges then statches. Continue this pattern for 10 minutes.

Total number of repetitions (48 per round) will be added to total number or calories for the total score.

  • 4 WORM CLEAN AND JERKS
  • 8 WORM SQUATS
  • 12 WORM SYNCHO LATERAL WORM HOP OVERS

FORMAT: 

AT 3, 2, 1, Go, All four team members will clean the worm to their shoulder, jerk the worm over their head and drop or bring the worm to the ground. Repeat this clean and jerk a total of 4 times. On the fouth clean, keep the worm on your shoulder and perform 8 squats. After 8 squats bring the worm to the ground and perform 12 synchro worm hop overs. 

TITANIC - FLOATER
