About This Competition
Festivus, a made-up holiday featured in an episode of Seinfeld, is celebrated December 23rd each year by adoring fans everywhere.
The holiday concludes with the "feats of strength" and, since 2017, we've been honoring the day and tradition with a FREE Festivus Games Holiday WOD.
Register to compete for FREE, have some fun and see how you stack up with others.
NOVICE & MASTERS 45+ WILL DO
For Time
12-23-21 Reps of:
- Burpees
- Air Squats
- Sit-ups
- Jumping Jacks

INTERMEDIATES WILL DO
For Time
12-23-21-21 Reps of:
- Burpees
- Air Squats
- Sit-ups
- Jumping Jacks
The only difference for the intermediates is an extra 20 reps of everything.

2 Rounds
12-23-21-21 Reps of:

- Sit-ups
- Jumping Jacks
Rx athletes are doing double the work of the Intermediates.
The leaderboard will be available on December 24th at 5am central.
