Workouts

"Randy" 75 Power Snatches (53lbs/75lbs), (45lbs/65lbs scaled) *Split however. "Jerry" Run 1 mile (the runs will be partitioned off in 4-400 meter sections. 1 team member will run at a time and tag the next parter in until all 4 400's are done) Row 2K (2000 meter Split however) Run 1 mile (split same as first run)

**13 minute time cap. Total pounds lifted from all three lifts is the score for the team. Clean and Jerk Snatch (Power or Squat) Squat Clean Assign one team member to a lift. You will have 1 bar. Add and take off weight as needed. Team has 13 minutes total to find their 1 RM of each lift. Team members stay with the lift they select at the beginning of the workout. There will be plenty of weights at each station. No weight stealing...only friendly weight sharing will be allowed if needed

AMRAP 15 minutes You will complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. The workload can be split however you choose. Rxd: 30 Thrusters (93/135) 30 Toes to Bar 30 Overhead Squats (93/135) 30 Pull Ups 30 Box Jumps (24/30) Scaled: 30 Thrusters (53/95) 30 Atomic Sit Ups (25/45lb plate) 30 Overhead Squats (53/95) 30 Burpees over Bar 30 Box Jumps (20/24)

Tire Flips to designated end area on course At the end of the course, complete 75 alternating DB Snatches and 75 alternating DB Front Rack Lunges Tire Flips back to designated end area on course (35/55lb dumbbells for scaled) (45/70lb dumbbells for RX’d)
