About This Competition

This team of 2 competition, Divisions pending and will be announced by May 8 when registration opens! 

On competition day you can expect a total of 3 workouts with 4-5 scores total, in gauntlet style format.  You can expect to have all of your workouts completed with in an hour time frame.  

Get ready to be challenge at The Inferno Throwdown on Saturday August 8, at CrossFit Wooster!

Workouts

Floater workout

must be completed any time prior to your workouts, or within one hour after your final workout.

4 min amrap

as many 10yd lengths as possible

if bars are dropped mid way this is a no rep and bars must be taken back to the starting line before the next rep begins.  bars must be set down between reps, no standing/holding the bars and turning around.   Athletes can switch whenever at either end.

Males: 220lb total - 110lb per hand
Females: 150lb total - 75lb per hand 

Int/40+

Males: 180lb total - 90lb per hand
Females: 120lb total - 60lb per hand 

15 min cap. 2 scores

Score 1 : 10 laps Wreck bag run(approx. 200m lap)

Score 2: max cal row (row stops when run is done)

Rx 50/35lb

Int/40+ : 35/25lb

15 min cap. 2 scores
