About This Competition
Welcome to the Luxembourg Throwdown!
For this first 2023 edition, The Grand Duche of Luxembourg challenges you to test and celebrate fitness against top athletes in Europe.
Format:
Teams of H/F.
Divisions:
Scaled - 60 spots
Intermediate - 60 spots
RX - 30 spots
Please refer to the divisions tab or head to our instragram page, to know more information about standards.
Structure:
6-7 wods during Saturday 23/09 and Sunday 24/09. As some of the wods will be done outside, please bring your running shoes.
Registration
Starts on Tuesday 21/03.
No qualifiers, no stress. Spots will go first come, first served so dont miss your chance!
