About This Competition

Welcome to the WODstock 2022  hosted by Versus Strength and Conditioning! The goal is to provide a professionally ran competition for all levels of athletes.  Workouts are designed to test your fitness and have fun with your buddies.

3 Scheduled Workouts

Workouts will be released in the weeks leading up to the competition. Videos and workout descriptions will be posted on our Facebook and Instagram story. Make sure to follow @wodstockfitnessfestival for all the event details.

Cost is $250 per team. Should a team need a refund or substitution, please email Matt at burke2510@gmail.com. We will have a waitlist for teams that need to back out.

Male athletes will complete the entire workout or until the 8:00 Time Cap is met.  There will then be a 2:00 reset.  Female athletes will then complete their workout or until the 8:00 Time Cap is met.

Male athletes will complete the entire workout or until the 8:00 Time Cap is met. 

Female athletes will then complete their workout or until the 8:00 Time Cap is met.  


At the call of 3,2,1 Go.  Female athletes from each team will start the workout.  Athletes will complete 10 Toes to Bar before moving to the Boxes where they will complete 5 Burpee Box Jump Overs. 

Once completing the Burpee Box Jump Overs, athletes will then work to complete 5 Snatches at 95.  Once they have finished all 5 reps, they will work their way back to the rig to start round 2.

At that time, their partners will move their bar to the next section and add the appropriate weight for round 2.  They will continue this pattern until they complete all 5 rounds finishing with their final Snatch at 155. 

Once they complete the last lift, they will run to the finish line in which their time will stop.  If you do not complete the workout, 1 second will be added to the 8:00 Time Cap for each rep not completed.  


Each workout will be worth a maximum of 50 points.
