About This Competition

Warrior Affiliate League "3 AMIGOS" 3-person (MMM or FFF) Functional Fitness/ CF Team Competition

When: Saturday, September 15th. 8 AM - 2 PM

Where: Goals Soccer Complex, 2255 S Garey Ave Pomona CA 91766

PastParallel and SignsRx, in association with RockTape, presents the "Three Amigos", 3-person, same gender (3 Men or 3 women), functional fitness team competition across 5 divisions, for athletes of all skill levels.  

Whether your are new to CF, or a veteran ter, this event is for YOU!  Don't miss your chance to compete in this outdoor 3-person team event!  Grab 2 friends and build your power team. Register early, this event sells out every year!!

PRICING FEE SCHEDULE*

$210 per team ($70 pp +processing fee)  

$25 off per team to the first 20 teams by using code WAL25 at check out

4 DIVISIONS:  Men's Advanced/Rx, Mens' Intermediate, Women's Advanced/Rx, Women's Intermediate, FUN

 

TO REGISTER:

One person registers and pays for the team (team captain). Have team members' names, emails, shirt sizes, birthdates, etc. available when registering.

150 Double-unders Rx/INT (Fun - single-unders)
80 Dumbbell Deadlifts, Rx 70/35, INT 50/25, FUN 35/15
60 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch
40 Dumbbell box step overs, M 24"/ F 20"
200-feet dumbbell walking lunge

"OFFSIDE TRAP" (7 min cap)

For time: 100 axle bar thrusters, Rx 110#/70#, INT 90#/50#, FUN 70#/40# , with remaining time Max sled push (Load TBA)

"BICYCLE KICK" - Skills Mystery Workout - Be prepared for the unknown and unknowable.

"SUDDEN DEATH" - Team Axle bar Deadlift Ladder  - As Many Reps As Possibe in 45 seconds at each station (axle bar pre-loaded).

Men: 150#/ 170#/ 180#/ 190#/ 200#/ 220#/ 250#/ 270#/ 290#/ 300#   Women: 50#/ 70#/ 90#/ 110#/ 130#/ 150#/ 170#/ 180#/ 190#/ 200#

7 minute running clock:

PART A - For Time: 100 axle bar thrusters

Rx - 45s/25s, INT - 35s/15s,  FUN - 25s/10s

PART B - with remaining time, AMRAP sled push

Sled loads TBA on day of event.

 

WITH REMAINING TIME - MAX SLED PUSH

Sled loads TBA on day of event.

Max repetitions axle bar deadlift for 45 seconds at each designated/ pre-loaded axle bar. Athlete may only use prone grip. No minimum requirement per athlete. Minimum team requirement is 1-successful lift at each station to move onto next pre-loaded bar.

Team will be escoted off competition floor if entire team fails to make a successful lift at that particular pre-loaded bar or station.  Score will be the sum of all successful repetitions completed prior to team's failure.
