La compétition se déroule toute la journée et se clôture par un repas ensemble.
Vous avez la possibilité de vous inscrire en RX- Scaled- Just for fun (=toutes adaptations possibles pourvu qu'on s'amuse).
Les standards sont publiés.
L'idée est de partager un moment convivial au sein de la communauté Wild Wall. Tous les membres y ont leur place, que vous soyez débutant ou pratiquant de longues dates.

Un qui fait les CAL ROW / l'autre tient en Wall sit (genoux hauteur fesses)dès qu'un arrête l'autre athlete doit arrêter. Les athlètes switch quand ils le desirent.

Pendant que un fait les deadlift, l'autre tient en Deadhang( pieds hors du sol). Dès qu'un arrête l'autre doit arrêter. Les athlètes switch quand ils le desirent.


Pendant qu'un athlète fait les hand stand push up, l'autre tient en plank sur les mains (sans monter les fesses). Dès qu'un arrête l'autre doit arrêter. Les athlètes switch quand ils le desirent.
