About This Competition

QUALIFIER DETAILS:

Individuals and teams vying to qualify for the 2024 NorCal Classic must complete the online workouts between January 15th and 28th.

Athletes have until the end of the qualifer to register for the event.  Workouts will be released at 12:00 am PST on January 15th.  

Qualifying athletes and teams will be asked to attach all videos at time of submission. All penalties will be assessed according to the CF Open rules. 

No refunds for qualifier.

Workouts

3:00 to establish 3RM "BTK" Hang Bear Complex

1 hang bear complex equals

-1 below the knee hang power clean

-1 front squat

-1 shoulder to overhead

-1 back squat

-1 back rack shoulder to overhead

*movements may be integrated so long as full range of motion is acheived. The most common version of this would be a hang squat clean thruster into back rack thruster. This would be one "below the knee" hang bear complex. It would need to be completed 2 more times without dropping to count as a 3 rep BTK Hang Bear Complex.

Odd: 16/12 calorie row

Even: 8 burpees over rower

15 db box step overs (24"/20")

 

SCORE WILL BE TOTAL REPS BECAUSE OF THE SNAKE STYLE OF THIS WORKOUT. IT WILL NOT BE A REPEATING SEQUENCE.

SCALED/NOVICE: (35/25) shoulder to overhead, bear crawl

120 wall balls

90 toes to bar

60 deadlifts
