Midwest Championship is a 2 day functional fitness competition for the everyday athlete who wants to showcase their fitness and have fun doing it! The event will take place in Rochester MN at the Mayo Civic Center. MWC will be providing a 25,000sq ft arena with multiple workout floors allowing athletes to have the excitement of being on the big stage in every workout.  Each athlete will have the same incredible experience from scaled to RX.

The event main event will take place October 14-15

Example:

In 12 Minutes the athlete completes 2 Bar Muscle ups, 50' drag, 4 BMU, 50' drag, 6 BMU, 25' drag 

Score total = 17
