Watertown Throwdown 2025

Hey Everyone! We are back again with another competition, this year, we will have an individual competition for Rx athletes, both male and female, and also, 2 person Male/Female teams.

Prescribed Fitness: 204 9th Ave SE, Watertown SD 57201

 

Date/Time

Friday May 2, 2025 (Individuals Only, starting at 6:30pm)

Saturday May 3, 2025 (Individuals and Teams)

7:00am-5:00pm

Individual and Male/Female teams

Movement List: (Rough Guideline of movements but not limited to..)

Rx:

  • Bar Muscle Up
  • Handstand Walk 5' Unbroken Segments
  • Clean and Snatch
  • Double Under
  • Swim
  • DB movments with 50/35#

Intermediate teams of 2:

(At least 1 athlete can perform the following)

  • Double Unders
  • Toes To Bar
  • Pull Ups
  • Bar Muscle Up
  • Clean (teams pick weight)
  • Wall Walk

(Both Athletes can perform the following)

  • Run-Row-Bike
  • Farmer Carry
  • DB movements with 50/35#

Scaled teams of 2:

(At least 1 athlete can perform the following)

  • Toes To Hip
  • Clean (team chooses weight)
  • Wall Walk to 30"

(Both athletes can perform the following)

  • Run-Row-Bike

    • $125
      • Podium winners from prior year will receive 25% off
  • Teams
    • $250
      • Podium winners from prior year will receibe 25% off
        • If teammates decide to go their seperate ways, each teammate will receive a 12.5% code that they can use for their new team, or themselves if they choose to go to individual.

Refund Policy

Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be accepted towards any registration fees. We will allow athlete transfers. By registering, athletes knowingly are agreeing to the Refund Policy.

Teams will be given 2:00 to complete as many reps as possible of bench press and jump rope. Both teammates will work at the same time with their own equipment. How you choose to attack this event is up to you and your teammate.

 


Dumbbell bench press reps between you and your teammate will be added together and ranked against all teams in your respective division.

 


Jump rope reps between you and your teammate will be added together and ranked against all teams in your respective division

 


Example: 3rd overall in dumbbell bench press + 1st overall in jump rope = 4 points, lowest number of points win

 


Only one team will complete this event at a time with the last team to register going first, giving the following teams a number to beat 😎
