- Same Sex Teams Of Two (Male/ Female)
- 3-4 Scored Events within a 60 minute Window ( WaterFall Style)
- The top Four teams in each division will Compete in a Finale for the Championship
How:
''WaterFall Style''
No-one likes sitting around all day, waiting for their heats to drop....especially us older athletes.
We are introducing an exciting new format to our Inaugural USA Masters League Competition...
A ''Waterfall Competition'' enables a power packed few workouts within a short window (Eg; 60-90 Minutes) so athletes can warm up and compete in a few Scored Workouts within the same session.
The Top teams will progress to a Finale for The Championship and quality prizes from Nova3Labs, BodyScience Compression and FlexionGear.
The Intermediate Division will run in the Morning with the Advanced (Rx) Athletes competing it in the Afternoon.

2 hang squat cleans + 1 shoulder to overhead
4min EMOM. Both partners much attempt a lift within each minute.
Both partners must attempt a lift within each minute.
MIN1: partner 1&2 / MIN2: partner 1&2 / MIN3: partner 1&2 / MIN4: partner 1&2
2 scores for each partner = 4 in total
Both partners' first attempt must be made in the first minute for first two counted scores.
Second counted scores from both partners can come from either 2nd, 3rd, or 4th minutes' heaviest successful lifts.
Weight must increase after each successful lift.
FOR TIME:
500m run
1000m bike
500m row
500m run
Both partners run 500m together.
... then ...
Partner 1 bikes 1000m while Partner 2 rows 500m.
... then ...
Partner 1 rows 500m while Partner 2 bikes 1000m.
... then ...
Both partners run 500m to finish line.
NOTE: ladies row 400m and bike 800m.
10min AMRAP for max reps:
30 wall balls (20/14 to 10')
30 deadlifts (225/155)
30 burpees over bar
30 C2B pull-ups
Advanced 35 to 44 yrs:
wall balls @ 20/14 to 10' | deadlift @ 225/155 | CTB pull-ups
Advanced 45 yrs plus:
wall balls @ 20/14 to 10' | deadlift @ 185/135 | CTB pull-ups
Intermediate 35 to 44 yrs:
wall balls @ 14/10 to 10' | deadlift @ 165/115 | pull-ups
Intermediate 45 yrs plus:
wall balls @ 14/10 to 10' | deadlift @ 155/105 | pull-ups
