Year #2 of Brewcity's Winter competition - The weather might be cold... but it'll definitely be Warmer by the Lake on January 25th!
This winter's edition of the event will include same-sex teams of 2. The divisions are:

Women's RX
Men's Intermediate
Women's Intermediate
4 scored workouts (Including 1 lifting complex)

Notes:
-Done as an unbroken complex
-Can be Power or Full Squat
-Score is total weight between teammates
-Weights will be in KG (sorry lol), and converted into Freedom Units

Echo Bike Calories, simultaneously
10 Synchro Burpee Box Jump-Overs

Pull-ups*
RX: 30/24", Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
Int: 24/20", Chin Over Bar Pull-ups
Notes:
- Ex.) 10 bike calories, 10 synchro BBJO, 10 pull-ups, then 20 bike calories, 10 synchro BBJO, 20 pull-ups, etc.
-BOTH partners bike at the same time and BOTH need to get to the calorie goal before moving on to the synchro burpee box jump overs
-One partner works at a time on Pull-ups and can be broken up however

Sandbag Clean to Shoulder
-Perform Double-Unders* after each round (except final round)
RX: 150/100 lb, Wall-Facing HSPU, 70 DU
Int: 125/75 lb, Kipping HSPU (Strict OK), 50 DU
Notes:
- One partner works at a time, break up reps however
- Your division-specific amount of double-unders must be performed after EACH round EXCEPT for the final round. The workout will end on the 10 Sandbag Cleans to Shoulder.
