About This Competition

The Irish Fitness Championships 2025 Returns to Limerick, Ireland on the 5th & 6th of July. This years format will see athletes compete across 2 Days of competition in a Brand New Venue, under lights. Our Goal is to give every athlete the experience of competing at a large event.

RX Individuals - All Day Sat & All Day Sun.
Inter Individuals - All Day Sat & All Day Sun.
Inter Teams of 2 Same Sex - All Day Sat
Scaled Teams of 3 Same Sex - All Day Sun

Workouts will be released from May weekly in the run up to the event, although we will be keeping a few tricks up our sleeves.

Dates: Under each category specific competition days are noted.

Refunds: We are operating a No refund system. Any tickets re-sold must be communicated to the IFC team prior to the event and no later than 22JUN25.

Standards: We have majorly updated standards this year to assist athletes. See the specific event standards under each category. For the Specified weights, athletes are not expected to achieve the weight for multiple reps.

Accommodation: We have some great options setup with local establishments at a special rate for IFC Athletes so keep an eye on your mails for the exclusive offers.
