About This Competition

Welcome to The Coast Games!

The Coast Games is a competitive fitness event bringing elements of functional fitness, Crossfit-esque structures and strongman movements together in an environemnt that is fun, safe and accessible.

The goal is to give people something to work towards, a reason to dial up the training and dial in on quality nutrition. It's about like minded people gettng together, pushing themselves and having a ripper of a time.

We have partnered with local gyms and businesses along with some of the leading brands in fitness, health and wellbeing to bring this unique experience to life on the Central Coast of NSW.

A few things to think about:

- It's teams of three of the same gender

- You will compete in a minimum of 4 events and the top 5 will head into a high-stakes final

- We will be releasing movements and equipment lists across February

- Event workouts will be announced March 14 2022

- Competitors will be required to wear The Coast Games competitor apparel on the competiton floor. The event organisers have the right to refuse participation for any competitors not wearing The Coast Games competitor apparel.

- If we get a COVID cancellation, don't worry, your rego will transfer to the next event

- If your team registers and then can't make it, we won't be able to offer a refund, but you will be able to transfer to one of the teams on the waitlist

- There will some filming and photos taken on the day, by signing up you agree that we are aloowed to use your image for marketing purposes... But we will ony use good ones we swear :)

Look forward to seeing you there!
