In this workout, partners will switch roles every minute. One partner will work on the listed movements, aiming to complete as many reps/rounds as possible, while the other rows to accrue as many calories as possible. The session is structured as a two-score event. The first score is based on the total reps/rounds completed within the 12-minute timeframe, and the second score reflects the total calories rowed in the same duration. In cases where a tie-breaker is necessary, the total calories rowed and the total reps completed will be used to determine the final standing.

Athletes have the flexibility to partition the repetitions as they choose. The score will be based on the time to complete the workout, with a tiebreaker coming into play after finishing the second set of jumping pull-ups. If the time limit is reached, the score will be 6 minutes plus each remaining repetition, which will be added as additional seconds to their time.
14:00 | As Many Reps as Possible

2:00-4:00 | 1 Rep Max Thruster

10:00-12:00 | Max Rep Deadlifts (195/135 lbs)
12:00-14:00 | 1 Rep Max Deadlift
Part A of this event aims to accumulate as many combined reps as possible from all three movements. Partners may choose which specific 2-minute interval they will complete. However, only one partner may complete the maximum repetition or the one-repetition maximum portion for each movement. You may not tag someone in or split an interval. The combined repetitions from all three intervals will be recorded as score one of this two-scored event. This score will act as a tiebreaker in case an equal total of weight is lifted in Part B.

10:00-12:00 | Max Rep Deadlifts (195/135 lbs)
12:00-14:00 | 1 Rep Max Deadlift
In Part B, the focus shifts to the total weight lifted. This portion of the event tests your team's strength through three different 1 Rep Max lifts. Similar to Part A, only one partner is permitted to lift during each 2-minute interval, and both partners must engage in either the max rep or the one rep max part of each movement. The sum of the heaviest successful lifts from each movement will be tallied to form the second score of this event. This score will act as a tiebreaker in case an equal number of total repetitions is achieved in Part A.
