We're pulling out all stops for our 10th anniversary - this isn't just another competition, it's a festival-style CrossFit celebration that's become Victoria's biggest regional event.

After selling out in 2023, 2024, and 2025, we're going bigger than ever. Over the years you've tackled kayaking, obstacle courses, wood chopping, triathlon, strongman, and mountain biking. 2026? We're raising the bar.
Our mission remains the same: deliver a competition that challenges you in every way, supports our incredible CrossFit community, and brings together hundreds of like-minded athletes for an unforgettable weekend.
This is a 2-day same-sex pairs throwdown (M/M and F/F) across Saturday and Sunday.
Categories:
Open (beginner to Open - This category will be split into RX and Open divisions based on Day 1 performance)
Masters 35-42yrs
Masters 43-49yrs
Legends 50yrs+
Standards:
This is a beginner to open level competition with substitute options that won't affect your score and scaling options that will. The standards are a guide to what you should be able to do for reps, but remember you can scale or substitute where required.

Pull Ups | Toes to Bar | Double Unders | Kettlebell 24/16kg | Snatch 50/30kg | Deadlifts 100/70kg | Clean & Jerk 70/50kg | Handstand Push Ups (not essential) | Bar Muscle Ups (not essential)
MASTERS 43 & LEGENDS 50+:
Pull Ups (sub Jumping Pull Ups) | Toes to Bar (sub Knee Raises) | Double Unders (sub Single Skips) | Kettlebell Swings 16/12kg | Snatch 40/20kg | Deadlift 70/45kg | Clean & Jerk 50/30kg | HSPU Ab Mat (sub DB Push Press)
Age Division: Age is based on athlete's age as of Dec 31st 2026
Due to the nature of the event and planning we will not be able to offer refunds on registrations. It will be up to the team captain to organise a replacement team if needed.
